Our family of four is composed of me (Dean), my wife (Meg), and our two kids, (Dexter (9) and Kylie (8)). We've started this blog to keep our friends and extended family up to date on our travels and adventures. These should start in earnest after the kids finish school in the spring of next year, 2016, when we depart for a 1 year, around the world trip. For now, we'll be closer to home starting with an 8 day, self-supported bike ride in Washington, Canada, and Idaho.
